About Us

Huddersfield Plate Glass Co Ltd has been serving Huddersfield for over 90 years, and based at Springwood since 1954. Our current Directors are Andrew Gill & Matthew Askham, both of whom have worked here for a long number of years. Andrew runs the trade counter & handles the glass cutting with the help of George, whilst Matthew is out on the road providing a fitting / delivery service with Mark for our glass products. Donna & Julie take up the administration side within the Company, and aim to provide quotations within the day. Most of our glass & mirror is supplied by Pilkington Glass and our fixing & sealing products are provided by market leaders Adshead Radcliffe under the brand name of Arbo.
